I received a gift card and called to schedule, the representative was rude and unacommodating. Four phone calls later and the owner and manger never returned my calls. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Extremely dissatisfied with management. I'm in the military and have moved 17 hours away and they have made me continue to pay monthly for services I cannot use. I have tired to explain to management my situation and they will not cancel my membership. Very unhelpful and worried about making money not customer satisfaction. I will never return to a massage envy and will explain this situation to everyone who asks about it.

Very unhappy with my massage in Gulf Breeze, I went in and filled out a form saying I wanted a relaxation massage without deep tissue, the therapist I had did deep tissue and I have never had more pain in my life due to a massage. I won't be back

After having such a wonderful experience with Massage Envy in Texas, I was excited to find a location in Pensacola to transfer my membership, because I have chronic back problems. The excitement faded quickly after realizing how incompetent the management and staff are at this location. I was shorted several times on pre-paid scheduled appointments, several due to the fact that the therapist was behind schedule. The contract requirements were not conveyed correctly, when needing to reschedule appointments (yes, do the research on your own!). As well as being given the wrong therapist (with no explanation) after scheduling a specific person. There are many more massage therapy locations that offer better rates and more experienced therapists.

The rooms were clean and staff kind and professional. Bobbi was my therapist and she was exceptional. This was about my 20th massage in 6 years since a car accident. Long ago my insurance stopped paying for treatment but I signed up for a membership at Massage Envy just so I can return to be massaged by her!
