Outfit rented a carpet cleaning machine that , when plugged into the wall, came on with no way to control whether it was on or off. Switch on device was crushed in. Swithches on machine did operate the spray pump, bit there was no way to control whether the vacuum unit was onor off. It always remained on.



Vacuum power was weak in the time we used the unit. Woman at office told us it was 10 times stronger in vacuuming power. It was weak.



Then, the unit caught fire in,our living room, blowing a flame out of an air vent and blowing out a gray smoke, strong electrical odor. That was the end of that.



Would NEVER recommend to anyone to rent from this "Christian" company. They could have caused my death!

Kwik Dry Karpet Kare was prompt, friendly, and thorough. They did a great job on our carpets. We couldn't be more pleased.

I would definitely not use this company! I was moving out of a place I was renting and had to get the carpets cleaned. Unfortunately, I had to be at work while they dry-cleaned the empty house. After about 3 phone conversations they assured me that it would definitely cost only 100$ to clean. However, the next day I do a phone call stating that they had to charge me 200$ because the carpets were "real dirty." Even if that had been that dirty, which they weren't, they only called me and told me after they cleaned the carpets and charged my card!



Do yourself a favor, don't get ripped off and stay away from these guys!

Ripoff!!! They advertise one price and want to charge another!!! ok they say per area or 200 ft so if u have 600 ft to clean they still claim its 8 area's??? Stay far away away!!! And if you are Milatary and new to the area they really try to stick you... Go with Stanley steamer they do tell the truth!

We are having a baby soon and needed our carpets cleaned. After reading the reviews on Google we decided to go with Kwik Dri Karpet Kare. The service man was slightly late (only by 15-30 minutes) but called to inform us beforehand and apologize for his delay. I appreciate a company with the ability to communicate with it's customers. He was very friendly and informative. He had the 3 rooms and our hallway done for us within an hour and it looks fantastic. I thought our carpet was in very good condition but this really brought out the "WOW" in it. All our small stains came up with no problem. (We didn't have any large ones) It left a wonderful smell behind and we are very pleased. We asked that they scotch guard the carpet also which was reasonably priced. I really do not see how anyone could give this company a negative review. It was an extremely pleasant experience for us and we cannot wait for our little rugrat to make a mess so we can call Kwik Dri Karpet Kare back for another cleaning. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Where to start with kwik dri karpet kare !

Well we had just bought the house and was cleaning it up!

So we where looking for someone do are carpet cheap!

Well when the men told me and my husband one price he end up say other & other,,,

Act very fake in person !!!

But we agreed on $250 and let them do are carpets, as me and my husband clean are kitchen,

Well the men got to work spraying the whole house except the kitchen and bathroom !

well not even 20 mins into the job,

My husband run to Wal-mart to get something to clean with and it only 3 mins away from are house !

so i stay in the kitchen cleaning!

The older man that run the company!

Is very rude and was making offensive remarks most the whole time he was at my home!

Well he walk into the kitchen asking me where my husband was and who was paying!

I said he is, but he just ran up to the store for me he will be right back!

The older man Flip Out yelling that he must come back now ! so i hurry up and called my husband to get him come back, not even 3 mins later the man has pack up all his stuff and get ready to leave i keep asking ,

Where are you going ??

Why are you leaving You haven't even done one room ???

The older man that was yelling in my front yard. you guys are try burn me, your try run out on your bill,

I kept saying over and over no we are going pay you pleas, do the rest of the job, my carpets are wet still !

He yelling i don't want your business just forget it!

As soon he slam his van door , my husband pull up and before he can get out the car the men pull off !

I still can not believe what happened , it was to late in the day for us to get someone els to come out , and we could not rent one!

So my floor had to be blown dry witch was very had since they wet it soooo much!

Then had spend more money to pay someone to do it!



To save your time and money do not even call them, i still do not understand why they act the way they did!

I can only think of 1 reason and as much i hate to say it but! it was because my husband black and i am white because we heard him say something about to his partner!

My husband died in our home and I couldn't go back home because the sight of the blood stains was too painful. I couldn't afford to replace the carpet and didn't know what to do. I called Kwik Dri and they got all the stains out. Now I can go home. THANK YOU KWIK DRI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I THOUGHT MY CARPET WAS BEYOND HELP! I WAS REFERRED TO KWIK DRI AND I AM SO GLAD I WAS. MY CARPET LOOKS ALMOST NEW.
