I recently rented a tent, tables, chairs and other assessories from Kents Tents for a wedding reception. On the day of delivery, the tent deliered had mildew and stains. Of couse, I was dissapointed and called the company. They did picked up the tent and several hours later re-delivered the same tent with the same stains and mildew. I again called Kents Tents ; however, they were closed for the weekend, so I left a voice mail. On Monday morning, I called to speak to the manager, she was not available. Therefore, I letf my name and number. Today is Wednesday, three days later and I have yet to receive a call. After all of the expense and planning for my wedding reception, Kents Tents let me down! It was a big dissapointment. I would never recommend Kent's Tents!
