I rarely take the time to review a location, but for the benefit of anyone who might make the mistake of visiting this location i've decided to write up a review. I took in my husbands watch that was a gift to have a small repair done. We weren't sure where it was from and were reaching out to the original purchaser to find out. In the mean time he needed it for an event coming up so we took it to Kay Jewelers. When we arrived we were barely acknowledged for several minutes, and when we were greeted got passed between two "sales associates" that hardly knew how to file a repair. Finally it was done, they required a $50 payment up front, i informed the lady helping us that we were trying to track down the warranty so we might not need it repaired through them. She assured me that if we found the warranty info we would be completely refunded our $50. With that being settled we paid and left. Two days later we got the warranty info, that said it was from Zales so we called Kays and asked for it to be cancelled. They said it had shipped but wouldn't be estimated, and would be returned. Great! But upon its return they refused to refund us our $50. We tried to contact Tanya Guarin their Store Manager for an entire week because supposedly she is the only person with the authorization to refund us. When we finally were able to get ahold of her, she said the best she could do was $25. This is absurd, i asked for the Regional Managers contact info and she gave me a "1-800" phone number. It didn't work and we were never able to get our refund. So sad that they clearly value their customers so little, we will never use them again.
