I lived here for over a year. Most people that stay here are permanent residents. A lot of crack heads and dope deals done here. Not to mention the dope that is being cooked in certain rooms. I know for a fact that the maintenance man robert is a crack head and two of the maids smoke crack with a few of the guest. I woke up one day to find a man overdosed laying outside my door. I had to call 911. Very scary. Turns out he bought crack from another resident there. Bed bugs were a huge problem while I lived there. And the week I moved out my room was broken into and demolished. I believe it was the maintenance man across the hall. I have also watched the copskick the door open for a meth lab in the local prostitutes room. Horrible place to stay. After leaving I got phone calls from a friend at the front desk telling me about the rumors the maids started about me after leaving. This is a company not high school. Although the front desk people were very nice, everything else sucked

OMG! My boyfriend and I were searching for decent motels to actually live in due to the fact that we have been living in an apt complex for almost five years and we didn't want to rent another apt right now. We have called this motel/hotel and were even thinking about moving there next week but after reading these reviews, especially the first one regarding bed bugs, we have changed our minds. This may be early 2015 but I imagine the bed bug issue possibly still exists in this motel because I know they are hard to get rid of. Thank you for all the reviews -- you have saved us from making a big mistake in moving here!

NASTY, RUDE,

This hotel was the most disgusting place I have ever been in. I rented two rooms one with one bed and the other a double , we get in the room and it was not even suitable for an animal there were bed bugs all over the beds and sheets. we went to the office and made her come check she said oh my god , then tells me there are no more rooms for us to go to and she can not give us a refund we had to come back after 9 oclock to see the manager in the am, now he was rude and very disrespectful . said oh I made a new room for you we go in the room pull the sheets the same thing loaded with bed bugs . I told him there was no way I would put my son or my self in a room or hotel like this I wanted my money back still no call the police he says there is nothing that can be done . I will make sure I let everyone know this place is a health hazard and should be shut down . Very bad business .

The manager is very rude. I was showed a room that my money would be spent on which wasn't bad... Then I get out in a room that stinks! Is disgusting with old food in the cupboard and dead bugs! Not to mention the door having no frame and I could see outside with the door shut! Refused to give me a refund! Then continued to talk crap about me to other guest so I could hear! Don't waste your money.

the room smelled bad, there was a dirty pair of mens underware hanging over the shower rod. The beds looked like someone had slept in them. There was what looked like a womans weave laying on the pillow. The trash can were loaded. It was just all around nasty. I do not reconmend anyone to this place.

If you value your health, safety, and level of quality of a decent place to spend one night or more – DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. The Hospitality Inn on Mobile Hwy, in Pensacola, FL., is the worst place I have ever spent the night in. The place smelled so bad that I had to leave because I was getting sick and could not even sleep at night. The linen was dirty, had stains, cigarette burns, and they smelled. The pillows were nothing more than a very poor excuse of an attempt of a cheap piece of rag to lay your head on. My dog has a better pillow to sleep on. The TV did not work at all, it kept cutting out and when I asked for another TV I was told that they did not have any replacements and this was on Super Bowl Sunday. They also told me that they had no other rooms. There was no phone in the room, no coffee maker, no table to eat on, only one chair in the room, the carpet was dirty with many stains, and the bathroom had mold and mildew growing in the corners, many of the light bulbs were either burnt out or missing. I have served and lived in “Third World Countries” that had better one star hotel than this place. I have to sleep with a CPAP machine and that means continued forced air coming into my lungs from within the room. The stink of the room was so bad that I could not breathe using my CPAP machine because I could not stand the smell. Even when I replaced the filter with a new filter that did not help keep out the bad odor from within the room. In fact I had to leave the door open leading to the outside parking lot, but I had to be very careful that no one tried to enter my room with the door open because most people that stay or hang around this area where this hotel is located are drug addicts, homeless people or prostitutes. On the second evening I could not take it anymore, so I decided to check out. I went to the front desk to check out and there was no one around. I waited for 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. I decided to leave even though I had paid for 7 nights and I had only slept there only one night. I left on Super Bowl Sunday, and since then I have been calling the hotel and asking for the manager or owner and the staff tells me that they do not know who the manager or owner is. I asked them who signs their checks, and the answer they give me is “we get paid in cash”. I have called four times and each time I get the same answer no one knows anything. Please if you value your health, safety and quality of life DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOSPITALITY INN on Mobile Hwy in Pensacola, FL. There is nothing hospitable about the place. The Health department, Fire department, and the Department of Tourism of Florida should inspect this place and warn the general public to stay away from this INN. The reason I even stayed at this place was because I was short of cash, and because of personal reasons. Next time I will just sleep in my car or under rock, I will better off than staying at this place ever again.

not worth it even for the pool....there is no Continental Breakfast like they say and if you want internet.....u got to go to the lobby....some of the house keeping are nice but there is only one nice front desk person and the rest are rude.....the hall smells like nasty ??? u have to provide your own tp and there is only 2 small towels and 2 wash cloths towel isnt big enough to wrap your hair.......they say u get hbo well no you dont....the lobby has a pool table with missing balls so dont put your money in it....

the room was dirty and the hall smelled really bad. i tried to talk to the head house keeper, but she was very rude and refused to help in any way. i tried talking to celeste. i was told that she was the manager. i wanted a refund but she refused to give me one. according to my caculations i was only in the room for 10 min but celeste tried saying i was there for 36 min. i tried arguing with her but to no avail. she was a total b***h about the whole thing. she threatened to call the police if i did not leave the property. she should be fired and that motel should be permently closed.
