Rented a car for one way, but had to cancel and return to original location within 2 hours of pick-up due to unforeseen circumstances. They charged me the daily rate, which was understandable, but did not tell me the daily rate was $77, $40 higher than any daily rate I had researched! They forced me to pay a rate that I never agreed to and I will NEVER rent through Hertz again. Within 30 minutes, I walked 5 booths down to Payless and rented another car for 3 days for only $53, $24 LOWER THAN THE ONE DAY RENTAL WITH HERTZ that I NEVER agreed to.
