Recently had Hatcher install a heat pump and their workmanship is impressive. Very few installers take the time to do such a neat clean install as they did and after they where completed the job was cleaned spotless.

I highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed.

If I could post pictures I would just to show how awesome my job looks.

We had some warranty work done just 3 or 4 months ago. We had to have a new blower fan motor, and computer board put in our York system. We caught it at the tail end of summer and didn't have to use the unit until the coldest part of our winter. After one day of use it started rumbling and making a terrible noise. I called and he wanted to charge me a brand new service call to see what was wrong with his repair.

I called a different company and they came out right away and fixed their problem, there ended up being a piece of insulation left loose in the motor compartment and it was making the noise. The second repair person didn't even charge.

They do not stand by their work!

He was vey thorough, professional and inexpensive. If you are shopping around I highly recommend his services.

Hatcher Heating and Air is a very good and dependable company. Tommy Smith does an outstanding job and stands behind his work. I would recommend him and his business to anyone (personal or commercial). He has some of the best prices and does not charge like the big companies do. He (in my opinion) is the best in the business. He cares and takes an interest in what his customers need and not there to just make a pay check.
