corporate phone number not listed on any site I need it to discuss my bill the regular customer service number wont help me

A line broke and damaged both my cars. They blamed it on a bird. After talking to some of the lineman's and office employees you can tell they are not that bright. You can tell the people they hire are not very intelligent. They lied and refused to fix my cars.

Was forced to use Gulf Power because they had a contract with the apartment I rented. They did not properly close my account and charged me for a month I was not living there. When I told them this, they did not care, but wasted my time through email telling me how they would not help me. I was traveling with the military and they took advantage of my situation to make them more money. Very unprofessional.

Definitely check put the Energy Select program if you are a homeowner. If you monitor how and when you use electricity , you can save some bucks.

Also, we had frequent power outages due to squirrels. After numerous outages , an engineer came out and required our street, virtually eliminating outages and strengthening our delivery system. All poles and wires replaced. And , no more exploding squirrels. Great effort on GPs part.
