Provided by YP.comThis never happened. Customer did come back to the bus at time of announced departure and the bus left the casino as scheduled without her.

Provided by YP.comThe lights did not work in the bathroom, the bus smelled like urine from the moment we walked on. Employees were unhelpful and rude!
