Really needed my work shoe's heel to be fixed and the shoes to be shined. They did an excellent job! Thank you so much!

First time customer. Dropped off a pair of new flight boots and a new pair brown uniform shoes to get polished. Believed these would be professionally polished with an actual difference from drop off condition. Upon picking up I could not notice a difference in the shine on the shoes from when I first took them out of the box when I bought them a week earlier. For the boots, the smooth original texture oe has an obvious dimpled orange peel texture with a faint shine to them. I have had better results from a 5 min or less attempt at a shine performed by myself. Unfortunately I paid in advance. Very disappointed in the quality of work. Only reason for 2 stars is that the lady who took the order on drop off was pleasant otherwise a 1 star. Wasn't even offered a redo when I returned to store after a 5 min reexamining of the finished product and request for explanation of poor workmanship. Only response was...."I shined them"

Birkenstock's, for work, cleaned & polished. When I pick them up they look like new! I had a pair resoled, have 4 pair 11 & 8 years old.

This guy is the best shu repair guy around BAR NONE!! He is friendly and has reasonable rates. If you have a pair of favorite shoes you love and could not find the heart to throw away because they are broke, this guy will fix anything. There has not been a pair he could NOT fix!!
