Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced in my life. Sales Clerk Jamie was very rude and has no knowledge about the products he sells. Acted like he could care less about whether or not we ever come back to the store. We spent $225.00 worth of product which we had to go get our self's. 25 lb bags etc. So don't go there if you have a bad back. You won't get any help. I live walking distance to this store, but will travel across town for my supplies in the future. Still got alot to do installing a huge pool. Hopefully the next store will appreciate our business. Jamie certainly did not. I give them 1 star since they had the supplies, but an "F" on customer service ., I will not shop there again. I will make sure to spread the word of where not to buy your pool supplies though.
I was in Retail for 30 Years and understand good and awful and unacceptable treating of a customer. MIne was unacceptable.
