Provided by YP.comI only ordered twice from this company and that's all it took. Both times the produce came in HOT and the office and owner Preston do not care about customer service. Instead of coming back the last time to replace with better product, they picked it up, dropped off my check and never came back. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and I am certainly passing the word with EVERY resource available. As a restaurant manager there is NO WAY I would serve any of their produce to our customers, or I would be having complaints. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
On behalf of our company let me assure you that every step is taken to ensure that only quality produce is delivered. I am the Food Safety Manager, and if these issues were noted, I would have been notified to correct any deficiency. I would ask if you could contact me so that I may investigate the cause and circumstance that caused this issue. I aplologize for any inconvienience that this has caused.
