My first encounter with David Bowen Sporting Goods was a call to the "W" Street location to inquire about their screen printing. I spoke to a gentleman named Tony, who was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & provided all the information I needed. Later that afternoon, I visited this store. I was greeted by a very sweet lady as I entered the store who asked if she could assist me. It was very refreshing to walk into a business & immediately be offered assistance.
I explained what I needed, she immediately started the process to place my order.
I was introduced to the store manager during my visit. He was also very friendly & professional. The entire staff made me feel welcomed to their store.
When I received my printed shirt, it was perfect! I would give this store 10 stars if possible. It is very rare to find a business that appreciates their customers the way the employees & manager at this location does. I thank the employees & would recommend David Bowen Sporting Goods to everyone. I will definitely visit them again!

I would have given no stars if I could have. The store offers different services, but after you call them to inquire and drive all the way out there, you find out that the person, the only person, that operates that particular equipment is gone for the day and won't be in for 4 days. When I left the store, I thought of an alternative to my original plan and I called back to the store and the salt-and-pepper haired guy with the glasses answered the phone and was very snippy with me. Coincidentally, this is my second time that I have been to the store and it is a second time that I've had a bad experience. Don't waste your time here!

The sterioded up gentle man acted like my son and I were there and it was an inconvenience for us to be there I guess the roids might have been affecting him I will never again shop there and will do my best to get other's not to also
