Despite the negative review this is the best company I have every used always on time they keep their cars nice and clean inside and out and are very safe drivers unlike some other taxi companies i always use this company where i need to go.

Worst service. Never on time, drivers are rude, and they rip u off. I've used them a few times, and each time was worst than the last. I do try to give chances because I thought that maybe it was just one driver, but the whole company us bad. Don't bother.

I don't know how anyone can rate this crappy company a 5 star. They are never on time and never apologize. If they get a better fare they take it and leave you stranded.

Great service! Very clean cars and nice drivers. I was picked up on time and taken to the airport at 4 am. I had a courtesy phone call at 330am. I ll call Choice Taxi again next time i come to Pensacola

GREAT SERVICE!!!! This is a fantastic taxi company. The driver was nicely dressed and pleasent to talk to. The Scion was comfortable to ride in and received a 10% discount because I texted in my reservation. I was treated very professionally. I recommend this taxi service.

I've never had to use a taxi before and didn't think about having to schedule ahead of time. Thankfully though, a driver was nearby and was able to pick me up in under 15 minutes! I liked that they offer a discount for texting or using the web to schedule a pickup. The Scion was nice, odor free and the driver was very friendly and made the drive go by well with good conversation.

They were a great choice for a taxi. Had to get a taxi for the ride to the airport in the early morning hours of the day. Ordered online to get the 10% off, and when I called to confirm (not needed, but when you need to catch a plane, it's never a bad idea) they knew exactly what I was talking about and were ready to go. Taxi arrived on time and the driver was friendly. Great company and will use them again.

They will be on time, they will be dressed very neat and they will give you 10% discount if you book with them online.You travelers should try that company.

I had the opportunity to ride with the owner. He is such a pleasure to talk to. He was prompt and friendly and I love the fact that I can book online AND save 10% by doing so. Currently, I am learning French and to my surprise the owner is fluent in French as well, so I plan to use him in the future as a supplement to my French. MUCH cheaper to use the taxi than to park at the airport!! Loved Choice Taxi and I WILL use them in the future.

I just told my friend about these choice taxi cabs. He was going from Perdido to Airport and just like me he ended up being super satisfied. Keep up the good work Choice!

Great Job Choice taxi. I had a very pleasant driver who answered all my questions about the area. He showed me and my familly the best restaurants on Pensacola Beach. car was clean and very original idea to use those type of vehicles. I will keep their business card in my wallet for a long time.

Few days ago I took a taxi from Pensacola Airport to Perdido Key. I was amazed by the quality of service. Driver was dressed super nice and he was very knowledgeable.
