This organization is awful. Many children from broken homes are stuffed in this little building teaching other children violent behavior. They should never allow that many low class, underprovided, violent children run around and cause problems. It is a very unsecure place and very dangerous. This is the City' s cheap way of dumping poverty children off. Poorly run place. The good thing, the jail is across the street, so most of the kids do not have far to go. The City did that on purpose. They keep poor, black children in bad areas of town on purpose so they will all kill each other. Watch out for the big momma, Leslie that sits around all day and gives orders.

Nasty place kids out of control, violent and unsafe. The workers are not trained and lack the education needed to teach children. They are poorly unstructured
