Owners are having unfortunate health problems, but the people who are taking care of business in the interim need some serious training in customer service skills. I was their weekly customer for almost 3 years and had to terminate my service because of their inability to troubleshoot problems before the pool became unusable - 2 different times - all the while I still paid my bill. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I've been doing business with Jerry Lee Chemical for several years and have received nothing but top of the line service from the personnel. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking services for their pool.

I have used Jerry Lee for pool cleaning for the last year or so, and they have been great. I travel quite frequently due to my job and have kept my pool in tip top condition. Even if I have been out of country they have continued to clean my pool, and I have paid when I returned. The person who services my pool is polite and very professional. The office personnel are very courteous, and professional to work with. I also have had them srvice my pool filter and they did a great job. I would recommend Jerry Lee to anyone in need of a pool service, cleaning and repairs!

for 3 weeks now they have been scheduled to show up every Friday and yet they never show up BUT they do make sure they still charge the credit card for a visit! don't use this company, use ANYONE but them!!
