If I could leave zero stars I would. Hands down the worst appliance repair company in the Panhandle. They repeatedly lie and tell you they can't fix the appliance. It turns out my refrigerator only needed a new compressor but Anderson's didn't know how to fix it. They told me they "only get paid for one visit so we won't be back." Anthony, the tech, is a habitual liar and called me before every appointment to tell me why he wouldn't be able to fix it and to ask if he could just skip the visit. Never use them and avoid at all costs. Six visits and all they did was make a bigger mess!

If there were a way to rank this company I would. Absolutely the worst appliance company I have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and call anyone else. This company failed to repair dishwasher and caused over $2k in damage. Do Not allow them into your home. Nice reply right!
