In January of 2008, after I lost a pregnancy under some very difficult circumstances, my doctor prescribed an anti-depressant because I was struggling to care for my then-two-year-old son. Unfortunately, I found the side effects too difficult to deal with. My brother recommended traditional oriental medicine, and then I found Sheridan.
She was warm and helpful, and after only a few treatments I began to feel like a cloud was lifting from my life. In the nearly two years since I first began seeing her, I've experienced life like I never imagined. I continued to see her for all-around wellness, and after my second child was born, she helped me avoid postpartum depression.
I highly recommend Sheridan! If you're struggling with depression or chronic pain, you owe it to yourself to go at least try acupuncture with her.
