Jack was very nice and great to work. He provided me with a very attractive verbal estimate over the phone based on my description of the stump and answering questions he asked me about the stump and the surrounding area.



Upon actually seeing the work I needed completed, he adjusted his estimate up slightly ($20.00), and took the time to provide me with a clear explaination of the work he was going to do and a clear reason for the slight increase in price. Basically.....the stump was massive.....above and below ground.



Satisfied with the work he was going to do and price, I decided to have him go ahead with another stump that I had planned to have done later.
