Jetted tub did not work upon arrival. They had someone tear a hole in the tile under the tub which we then lived with until the time we left. Tub was only repaired 2 weeks before our departure after I threatened to sue. They did provide adjustment to our rent in exchange for my promise not to sue for the broken tub.

Condo was not professionally cleaned before arrival. They had someone swiffer it for us while we waited to move in. We left the condo cleaner than arrival and were still charged cleaning fee.

TV broke and was not replaced. (Furnished condo)
