I have to say I would never recommend this bridal store!!! The girls are unbelievably rude there! Not only do they talk down to you they don't know much about what they're selling. My biggest complaint is that one of my bridesmaids was pregnant at the time of getting fitted. Being her second child she knew what size she would get down to. Numerous times this young blonde made comments regarding she wouldn't lose this weight and should order a bigger size! Never should you make a customer feel fat! Strike one! Months after ordering the dresses I call to check up and here the dresses are in and they never contacted me. The day the girls went to look at the dress I had chosen two of the girls had showed up before me they had them put down the deposit on a dress they didn't even get to see yet! The day of pick up there was a flower on the dress that I never knew had! Lucky I like it and If I didn't it could be taken off! The day of ordering the dresses I asked if it came with a wrap they told me that it didn't! Obviously they don't know much about these dresses! Each time being there we felt rushed even while having a appointment! Thank god I'm happy with these dresses because the experience wasn't a good one,

Don't use them!!! Worst customer service ever. My dress they ordered was the wrong size and they pretty much in a round about way called me fat. I actually lost weight from the time my dress was ordered. They told me it was my fault the dress didn't fit and then charged me for all the alterations that had to be done to let it out. I would never recommend them o anyone.

When you walk in the bridal store you feel welcomed as if it were by your own family. The owners who are sisters remind me of my own and they are caring and so sweet. There is a wide variety of dresses for any budget. I had a special color from the Alfred Angelo collection in a teal and it was ordered and turned out perfectly. They assisted me with dresses to help fit my figure and flatter my curves. The staff and owners are so polite and I am so glad I had such an amazing experience picking out my wedding gown. I will be coming back for years to come. The free tailoring and dying service was wonderful-especially since other stores charge for that service. When I came back I had lost over 40 lbs for my final dress fitting and they took in the dress and you could never tell it was about three sizes too large. Stephanie's Bridal is a great shop in a cute town in Pennsburg, PA. I would never go to a David's Bridal and just be a number when here you feel like you are the only bride shopping. The prices are great and the customer service is impeccable. *Highly recommended ladies!*

I am a bride getting married this July. The staff is wonderful and so helpful, they don't even work on commision and they care so much. Where else can you get a free hem, press and bussel. I olny paid 20 dollars for my alterations on my wedding gown. It not like any bridal shop you will ever encounter, they will go out of there way to make you happy. I would reccomed this shop to any one. I got everything from my tuxes, bridesmaides, wedding gown, headpiece, viel, and jewlery for me and my girls. One stop shop. I was appauled to read some of the other reviews, don't believe any bad reviews. I was reccomeded by three other brides, and in which who got there prom gowns there too. SO GLAD I WENT TO STEPHANIES BRIDAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for a good experience of finding the wedding gown of your dreams....then DO NOT go to Stephanie's Bridal in Pennsburg. The staff is horrible. I had found a gown that I wanted from Stephanie's so I made an appointment to go try it on and order it. When I got there I had put the dress on and was looking at a shoe book while the seamstress was working on a girl's bridesmaid dress. While this was going on the rest of the bridal party came in. Immedially they all started getting on their dresses and working on them. I had stated that I was next and had an appointment they did not seem to care cause they told me to just wait 5 more minutes and they would be with me. So I did after about 10 minutes one of the girls that worked there asked me if I could get out of the dress so they could use the fitting room for someone else. I said yes but I have not been helped yet. She totally ignored me. After getting out of my dress I went up to the front dresk and said I am leaving becasue it does not seem like you have time for me and then I stormed out of there. So if you want to have a good experience avoid this place at all costs, because you will be treated as tho your special day does not matter!!!!

This shop is poorly organized. I found the people to be very rude and unprofessional.
