They made a repair incorrectly and would not guarantee or correct the work, nor would they provide a tow. I've met 3 others who have had poor quality repairs and most of them know someone.

I questioned a repair and Jim told me he doesn't have time to verify a very questionable fix. I would look elsewhere and in the case of no other repair shops available just walk.

I went in for repairs because I broke down while driving thru town, I guess they knew that and decided to jack up the price. They made the repairs without getting my permission nor did they get back to me with a repair estimate that I requested. When I questioned the bill the owner got irate with me I felt threatened just because I simply questioned the cost of the work. Since I was still 300 miles from home on Friday night, I had to pay or be stranded with my car locked away for the weekend......AND IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN IN LESS THAN 5 BLOCKS!!!!!!They didn't fix the problem they overcharge me for!!!I called my mechanic at home to see what he would charge for the same work, turns out Jim at J&B charged me 5 TIMES MORE than my mechanic at home would have charged for the same work!!!!!I let them know I broke down and they were more than happy to have me come back for additional charges.

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER TAKEN MY TRUCK, THEY RIPPED US OFF FOR ABOUT $2000. WE WERE SAPOSSED TO GET OUR TRUCK REPAIRED UNDER WARRANTY. BECAUSE WHAT THEY FIXED ON OUR TRUCK THE FIRST TIME BROKE DOWN LESS THAN 8 MOS. LATER. THEN THEY TELL US IT WILL ALL BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY- WRONG, WHEN WE WENT TO GO PICK IT UP, THEY CHARGED US OVER $200. FOR SOMETHING WE ALREADY PAID $2000 FOR. NOW WE CAN BARELY START THIS TRUCK. AND THEY SAY BRING IT BACK, YA, RIGHT- WE DON'T WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF AGAIN, PLEASE WHOEVER IS READING THIS, PLEASE THINK TWICE ABOUT BRINGING YOUR CAR THERE. ALSO WHEN I TRIED TO TALK TO THE OWNER ABOUT THIS, HE JUST GAVE ME THE RUNAROUND & LIED, THEY TOLD ME THIS WOULD ALL BE COVERED UNDER WARRANTY ON THE PHONE, BUT WHEN WE GOT THERE TO PICK IT UP, HE CHARGED US AGAIN.THIS IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN RIPPED OFF ON A CAR IN MY LIFE.
