I worked for Al shah aka Al the floor guy just recently. I worked my first week helping him with the hotel in Mt Pocono. the job required heavy cleaning of all 37 rooms. After the first day we were out of rubber gloves and cleaner. He kept saying just stick with me. I returned buying my own gloves and cleaners because I was told he would pay me well to help him clean these rooms because he was wanting to get account at this hotel. We spent about four weeks cleaning these rooms. Every week it came to pay day and he had nothing the first week, shorted me over a hundred the second week and third week still abort over a hundred. It's been months now and he has yet to pay me for weeks of work! I wouldn't recommend his,services to any business. I feel this way because he,also had a problem making it there with the equipment for the job. Leaving some employees waiting an hour to get supplies from him to start
