My husband ordered flowers from here for our anniversary and they sent me half way dead flowers, nothing like the flowers online, my husband called to complain and i guess the lady that answered (SIlvana) was having a bad day that she actually agreed that they send used/old /freezer burned flowers!!! horrible service. id love to post the flowers here so everyone can see their services...
