Failed to fulfill a contract and ignored letters, phone calls and personal visits to store

Started work on my pool in July 2006 and it is now the end of March 2007 and my pool is not completed. All letters, phone calls and personal visits to the store were ignored I was told i would get a call back on the phone and after numerous call, I never received one call back or visit from any person from this business my pool is still unfinished. I could go on with more but let this suffice
