I'VE BEEN TO A FEW NAIL SALONS BUT THIS ONE HAS TO BE THE WORST SALON EVER!!! ESSIE NAIL POLISH STARTS CRACKING AS SOON AS IT DRIES, VERY RUDE PEOPLE, ASKED HER IF SHE CAN CUT MY NAILS DOWN AND SHE SAID NO, I ASKED HER TO ADD MORE GLUE AND SHE DID IT VERY RUDE WHILE SHAKING HER HEAD, SHE CUT MY FINGER REALLY BAD, AS I WAS WASHING MY HANDS I WAS SCRUBBING MY NAILS AND ONE OF THE LADIES CAME AND TURNED THE WATER OFF! I WILL NEVER EVER COME TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. DISGUSTING ATTITUDES AND HONESTLY THE WORST SERVICE EVER. PLEASE DONT COME HERE, ITS A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY! YOURE SUPPOSE TO LEAVE NAIL SALONS RELAXED AND I JUST CAME OUT VERY ANGRY. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I live about 30 minutes away but it’s always worth the drive to get my mani/pedi done there. Affordable prices, too. Everything is totally worth it once I see the results.

I can't find another nail salon that compares to this place. I've been coming here since it first opened & i love itt!

Ive been going here for 2 years and never found a problem with the place. They are all very friendly & I feel very welcomed here. Everyone greets me right when i walk in with a warm smile. My toes were polished evenly and the design was detailed and absolutely stunning. I really recommend this place to anyone looking for a nail salon

I have visited this nail salon plenty of times and found each time to be professional and friendly, with a commendable staff.

This was the WORSE experience ever!!! If I could give them zero stars I would... I have been going to this place for the past year or so since it makes my life easier since its right next to my job. I went in for a pedi. when the lady started to cut my nails she cut too deep on the side and made me bleed... the pain was HORRIBLE. Between my toe throbbing and the cut burning it gave me an instant headache. The lady put some green liquid on it which made it even WORSE... I was seeing stars! I thought it was going to get better by the pain possibly easing away, but it didn't and I had to stop her and not let her finish. She was NOT understanding me at all or any word I was saying (language barrier). I kept explaining to her how much it was hurting me and instead she kept asking me what color I wanted. By this point I was frustrated because I kept trying to explain that I didn't want anything else, but she simply seem to not get it. She said that I had an ingrown nail which was bulls@#t. I asked to speak to the owner who was there another one who didn’t understand English) and all he and his wife kept saying was I can come back another day and do my color instead of directing the issue that i was having. So I explained to him what happened he got down and looked at my toe and said, "it’s not bleeding". Well, a'duh... she put some stuff on it, soaked my foot back in the water, and by the time I had enough of it all the bleeding had stopped. Either way he made such a seen in front of everyone in there and simply wouldn't listen to anything I had to say and waved his hands in the air as to telling me to get out after I told him that I hope they didn't expect for me to pay. I consider having a mani or pedi as a form as pampering yourself and should be a relaxing and enjoying experience not a painful one. My toe continued to hurt for at least another 6hours after I left from there in such disbelief. I will NEVER go there again and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone and I hope anyone who reads this would take the advice and choose somewhere else. With them knowing that I have been a customer for the past year I would have thought to have been treated differently, but I thought wrong. Even though this is next to where I work and makes it so much easier for me to go to them I will simply make the trip elsewhere. Not good business practice type of people at all!!!

I went last week to get a mani and pedi done and I must say it was a very pleasant experience. Kind people, very comfortable pedicure chars and beautiful place. I will definitely come back. We'll see...maybe they can earn another star from me.

The atmosphere is very soothing. After long, hard days of work, I always look forward to going to Lovely Nails for a source of relaxation. The nail designs are very unique and chic.

Lovely Nails is by far the best nail salon I've been to. All workers show so much effort in their work ! I work in a restaurant and my acrylics that i had gotten done lasted atleast 3weeks! I would definitely recommend this salon to a friend.

Was recommended by my co-worker. They did my nails so terrible that i went back to complain and they didnt redo my nail and refuse to give me my money back. didnt want my money back just for them to fix the terrible job that they did. Argued with me the whole entire time.

Do yourself a favor and dont go there!
