Horrible service bad cars. Incompetent managers whom get promoted for being incompetent. The car inventory with really bad cars. Understaffed. Long lines at all hours. They do have a lot of business on location so they do not care if you do not want to wait. In my case I did NOT have a choice because GEICO has a contract ONLY with them because it help them make a profit by keeping a healthy bottom line to run commercials on TV. I have been a GEICO costumer since 1990s approximately. I been asking them to change this car rental company as far back as my first experince with Enterprise rental car. The rental company has increased in locations and business but they are interested in adding more coverage when you rent and their contract verbiage is very clear if some crashes into you while you are driving the rental you are responsible for the lost rental price on the cars at the rate you will get NOT the negotiate rate the give GEICO. In addition the will offer you a discounts to insure enterprise cars with no deductible and better coverage then you own vehicle. The point is ladies and gentleman do not have accidents on your cars and anyone else car specially enterprises because they will not only charge you the damages they will asking to keep paying for the rental changes at your rate not insurance rate (much lower because of wild volume discounts) so IF you have a choice or you are NOT under an insurance company forcing into enterprise as it was in my case rent from price line prices with companies that at least you are able to leave the state of Florida if you need to do so. Companies whom train their employees to value customers time not leave them waiting endlessly because they pick them up. Please the one start should be no star but is not possible for yp.
