Provided by YP.comWould not recommend doing business with Denise. If your 5 year old goes to her camp expect to them to be left alone in a stall, fall off a horse, be completely ignored. Etc. I asked for a refund and provided a doctor's note that's when she emailed me a refund policy that's listed no where.
I want my hard earned money back. 10 kids at $420 PayPal cash a week plus everything else they do between groupon and private lessons this isn't a poor farmer.
Her response:
I do not know of any farms that post a refund policy on their website. We are a family farm which is seasonal in nature. My policy is 30 days for a refund, or a doctors note. she has a credit here on the farm of $225. I have turned away customers this week and hired extra staff to accomadate. This is how I feed my horses through the winter. Thanks denise
