Provided by SuperpagesTerrible service from this appraisal company. I was told the appraiser knew our area well but he did not know that a house he used as a comp for ours was built as a HUD home by high school students. Would not reconsider when I submitted an appeal. Do NOT use as an appraiser unless you want an uninformed appraiser!
