When we moved to the area, we tried multiple Mexican restaurants and felt like we were being served pet food at every single one. We tried Cozumel and were instantly hooked. We go there for every celebration and and a lot in between. My husband loves the steak fajitas and I love the chicken quesadilla. I have never tasted salsa so good. The staff is very friendly and welcome to us and our daughter. Like anywhere, there have been a few times that we've been disappointed. They are overall fast, friendly, and very delicious.

Great Mexican food, served fast, hot, and at a marvelous price. We love it, and eat there every week. I take visiting friends and relatives there, too. Try it, you'll like it!!

This is a weekly favorite with my family. We go every week and always get great service and wonderful food!!

Me and family have been going to Cozumel grill for several years, they have the best mexican food, continuous great quality and good prices. I always take my out of town guest there and they are very impressed and love it.

You might miss the restaurant itself, since it is a little hole-in-a-wall place, but food is great!
