I was at Heights Flowers on Saturday this past weekend, was able to get pretty much I was after. While the service wasn't quite what I have always received in the past, but, times are different right now, they were very busy, and it was Mothers Day weekend. Will continue to shop there every year, Matter of fact will probably go there again tomorrow morning as there are a couple of items I would still like to buy.
Can't believe one lady didn't think they were busy, everytime I have gone by there their parking lot has been full this past week.

My mother & I went to Heights Flowers on Mothers Day 2016. My mom had a list of plants that she was interested in getting. I handed the list to the owner. He said "Really? On Mothers Day weekend?". At that point I tried taking the list back twice and he wouldn't hand it back to me. My mom told him that she didn't think his attitude was appropriate to which he responded "There is a lot going on". Instead of apologizing he just dug himself deeper. Now for clarity they were not very busy and there were several employees standing around. We left & went to Hoerr's. While they were significantly more busy an employee walked from plant to plant with us. After we left Hoerr's my mom called the Heights Flowers and talked to the same gentleman that was so rude and let him know that we didn't buy any flowers at his location but did at Hoerrs. His response was "Hoerr's are nice people too." He had a perfect opportunity to apologize, for the second time, and once again blew it.
