I work in Peculiar and have had two experiences with stylists John and Katie. Both were extremely professional and knew exactly what I wanted done and were able to give me ideas as well. I think an establishement such as this one is perfect for up and coming Peculiar. Yeah we arent the plaza but who likes going up there anyway. I would rather come here and be taken care of by people who really enjoy doing what they do. I will definately be telling all my friends about Indulgence. Great Job!!

Katie is my stylist and she is awesome! From the first time I went in she listened to me and explained her ideas and methods. She also took notes about my goals for my hair and what she does each time. I like that they do not just take every walk in and that they pay attention to YOU while you are there. It is worth scheduling ahead for that service. It is also nice that I don't have to drive all the way up to the Plaza for this kind of quality and treatment. If you want to just walk in and have your kids with you; there are a ton of salons around here that take walk-ins and do not care if you bring your children. I love them!

I have been refused also becuase I had my little sister with me and I was told I had to leave and make another appointment. Lets just say I found a new place to get my hair done. I do still go tanning there, but I dont every bring my sister with me.



P.S. We are in Peculiar MO. not on the plaza.

I was refused a haircut because I brought my 2 1/2 year old daughter with me. She always goes with me when we go to a salon. She sits on my lap and loves to watch. I have NEVER in all my life been refused to let my child sit on my lap for a simple haircut. Perms or coloring I can understand his thinking. Jim, the owner's reasoning is children are not allowed on the floor. But when asked if he would allow me to hold my daughter and get my daughter's hair cut, that was allowed.
