Founded in 1961, Hack's Auction & Realty Services, Inc is a second generation family owned and operated business in Pecatonica, Illinois. Hack's conducts around 200 auctions annually, including: Estate Auctions, Real Estate Auctions, Fine Antiques & Collectible Auctions, Construction and Farm Equipment Auctions, Business Liquidations, Specialty Auctions, Benefit and Fund raisers and others. Hack's offer Appraisal Events for local organizations. Hack's is a recognized leader in the auction industry and strives to achieve success for our clients through professional, progressive means. Hack's is a full service, full time, fully insured auction company. Licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin, we cover a large area. Hack's will conduct an auction for you at your home or business or at our facility, Hack's Antique Center, located in Pecatonica, Illinois. At your house or ours, Hack's provides quality, honest and professional service. Henry and Nancy Hachmeister conducted their first auction in June 1961, an estate auction for an estate willed to the First Congregational Church of Pecatonica. Over the past forty years, Hack's has evolved into the premier auction company in Northern Illinois. Today, Greg and Swan Hachmeister, Henry and Nancy's sons, are leading Hack's into the future. Greg is a licensed auctioneer and real estate agent. Swan is a licensed auctioneer and real estate broker, sister Jody handles the advertising. Truly, a family operation. Hack's now has three full-time, licensed auctioneers, several other licensed real estate agents and a staff of almost thirty skilled and reliable employees that allow us to provide the professional quality service the public has come to expect from us.
