I Called Building Air Service last week when my Air went out in my home, I was at work and the sitter was home with my new born baby and was saying that it was getting a little bit warm in the house, I called the office and spoke with the Dispatcher and she informed me that she would get someone out as soon as possible, by the time lunch come around my Air was up and running.

Worst service I have ever received. Charged me outrages service fee of $85 then doubled it because I had two air conditioners. Even though I only wanted work done on one of them they checked the second one without asking. First told me my compressor had failed then when I suggested a second opinion they found it was only a burnt wire to a capacitor $10 to replace a 6" piece of wire. $56 for a small amount of R22 coolant.Use anybody but this company..
