I have been going here at least every 2 months since they opened. They asked me today "have you been here before? Why, yes. 3 weeks ago.

I have not been treated so poorly before, but then I never went on a Saturday before. The girl doing my nails was very rough. She actually hurt me while taking the polish off. She then sawed roughly when filing my nails and did not listen to me when I asked her to be gentle. Then she started filing my wet nails. I asked if she should let them dry first, but instead of answering me, she started yelling in vietnamese across the salon to the owner who yelled back at me instead of walking over and quietly discussing the problem, she continued to yell across the salon in both English and Vietnamese. I was so humiliated.

The sad thing is that I love the way Van does my feet. She was not the one doing my fingernails.
