Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service from the manager. Don't waste your time or money here. There are plenty of other cleaners around like Oxford and VIP cleaners that do the same or better job on cleaning BUT have much better service!
Long story short, they lost some pants and gave me a credit for the inconvenience. They found them and got them back to me a month later and decided to take away my credit since they found them. Manager said he could give me $10 credit instead for the inconvenience...

Provided by YP.comThis is our first and last visit to this place. Long story short, 5 pieces of my clothes currently missing. They say they will have it by next Saturday, but wouldn't tell me that until they pushed me to the back of the line a few times and i demanded answers before they took another customer. Stay clear of this place. Horrible service.

Provided by YP.comBy far my worst experience with any dry cleaners!! They lost items and had additional stains on clothes.
DO NOT BRING ANY OF YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS BUSINESS - BEWARE.
The "owner" Shaq Ali, will hide behind his "employees" rather than correct customer issues. He also owns 2 other locations in Houston area.
