This guy is IRRESPONSIBLE, CARELESS, & a COWARD hiding behind the phone. My son on August 5, 2019 sent him my shotgun with its carry case in a box, he forgot to put the bolt in the box so he opened the box & pack a rifle bolt encased in a corrugated cardboard sealed securely inside the box with tape.

When the box arrived at GAF Firearms, it was damaged due to poor handling at UPS & the bolt was missing. I purposedly bought insurance to cover these items at $109+ but due to this guy Charles Gougenheim's negligence & callousness, he didn't take any pictures of the damaged box, nor did he save the box for evidence. So, now, I CANNOT claim the loss against UPS. When I called him about it, this COWARD just WOULD NOT MAN UP to his responsiblity & take ownership of his mistake.

Instead, he passed the buck & blamed the person (my son) who packed the box saying the packer was incompetent. I saw how my son repacked the box & it was secure. Even the UPS counter accepted the box & I'm sure the UPS clerk will not accept it if it was poorly packed for shipment.

So, all you Texans who contemplate on doing business with this irresponsible coward person, PLEASE THINK THRICE if you want such untrustworthy person to be handling your precious firearms.

I cannot give him any stars lower than 1. If I can give him a minus 5, I'd gladly do it. THIS IS A TRUE STORY, NO BS HERE!!!!!
