First and foremost, the manager Janet is the most rude person I've ever dealt with. I'm sure anyone else, with a storage unit there, will attest to that. I had property stolen from my unit and the cameras were conveniently NOT working on that day. I filed a police report. I will be contacting an attorney to help me recoup some of my items. I have a strong feeling that this was an inside job. The fact that the cameras wer not working solidifies that hunch. I wold not only NOT recommend this storage facility, I would urge everyone who has a unit to check their property to make sure that items have not been stolen.
