Be aware that Batteries Plus Bulbs does not provide any warranty support for bulbs that they sell. I bought bulbs there and they failed at about half the hours advertised. They told me to contact the manufacturer as they do not provide any warranty support for bulbs that they sell.

The Stores Asst. Mgr is cocky and belligerent. Argues with customers at the drop of a hat. Arrogance is heavy and she has a "Don't care if you shop here" attitude. I strongly recommend anyone to save their money & shop elsewhere.

I was delighted to find out they opened a batteries plus bulbs store in Pearland.. It is my store of choice for all batteries needs. I find the staff helpful and knowledgeable.

terrible service! They refuse to answer customer's question's as well as the calls, when i do get a hold of 'em they have n attuide. whatever happend to the customers always right?
