I'm still waiting for someone to help me and my husband. We are trying to purchase a washing machine. We've already been waiting 30 min. No acknowlement whatsoever if someone will be with us or not, no "I'm with a customer right now, I'll be with u as soon as I can." nothing!!!!!!
