I out this review on rent.com and they stop canceled all my work orders. I have contacted a lawyer.

When I first moved in everyone was nice. they said there were going to build a gym. When they did they asked that you give them an extra $10 a month to use it! About 5 months later my car was stolen from right in front of my apartment, When I told them, they said. "cars get stolen." And did not even express empathy. about 3 months after that, after new neighbor moved in roaches begin to appear. When I submitted a work order for it. someone came, but the issue still persist. I gave them 2 stars because maintenance comes when you call them., However there is NO regular insect prevention like in most apartments.

The management is very friendly and attentive of your concerns. All my work orders were promptly completed. The apartment community is clean and well maintained.

I found this search to be just what I needed. Then to also be able to access the website to the apartments was an added bonus!
