I have had both my Mercedes cars serviced at BMI for nearly 10 yrs. and have been pleased with the service. Once again today Greg Rogers, Debbie and the BMI team demonstrated their outstanding service. A headlamp was out on my CLK and I brought it in thinking I'd have to wait awhile. After a few minutes of a fun chat with Debbie, Greg fixed and brought the car around for just the cost of the bulb. I'm moving and can only hope I can find a MB mechanic as competent and fair as BMI.

Perfectly happy service with BMI. I have an older Mercedes and they've always taken good care of my car and I. Service is always on time, quotes are accurate, and it's quality work. They seem to care about Mercedes quite a bit, even though the cars are a more expensive than others. It's also close to my work, so it's very easy to get here.
