Absolutely appalled at the service that my parents received during their labs. Beverly, the lab tech, completely dismissed the concerns of how my mother reacts from having blood drawn. After laughing at their request of have my mother lay down while having her blood drawn, Beverly proceeded to draw her blood in a seated position. Unable to locate the vein she continue to poke around until finally she was able to get blood and sure enough my mother fainted and convulsed not once but twice. Disgusted at Beverly's work ethic.
