THIS APT COMPLEX DOES NOT DESERVE TO BE HERE. THERE ARE TINY CRITTERS ALL OVER. THE NEIGHBORS KIDS HAVE NO RESPECT FOR YOUR PERSONAL PROPERTY. THERE WERE WORDS CARVED INTO MY HUSBANDS TRUCK. THERE ARE STREET PHARMACIST OUT HERE. HELP... WE HAVE TO GET OUT OF HERE..

RUN!!!! The maintenance staff is not reliable, the property is falling apart and infested with bugs. The appliances work 50% of the time. The surrounding area is NOT safe. Your car wont last long, nor will your sanity. RUN RUN RUN!!!!! PLEASE DONT RENT HERE!

I lived at Concepts for 5 years, and this was my experience. My car was broken into, my apt door was kicked in and my apt. was ransacked and robbed. My neighbors door was kicked in. There was a SHOOTING in the building next to mine. Seeing police prescence and people being loaded up with handcuffs was a normal occurance. When you drive into the ''project'' the first thing you see is the dumpster which was overflowing onto the street almost every week and the smell was horrible. Ant infestation in the bathroom. When I was on my porch I had someone yelling up to me offering to sell me drugs. My neighbors getting in fist fights and screaming matches. I've had to call the cops atleast 3 times for this. This used to be a great value for the money but now, due to the people the leasing office now rents to, it has turned into a project.
