I needed my water heater replaced on a Friday with snow and ice covering the roads. I talked to Rob and he advised me that he would send Ken to help me out. Ken called and said he was on the way. He arrived when he said he would, which was remarkable if you know how Atlanta goes crazy with a little snow/ice on the roads!!

I can't say enough about Ken. He was very conscientious and professional. He talked me through everything he needed to do and explained each step throughly.



I'm very satisfied with the service provided and recommend Atlanta Plumbing Plus if you need a reliable company and good people to work with.

Owning an older home has its moments! So, when all the water service lines to our house built in 1991 needed to be replaced, we were worried. Not only about the cost involved, but what our yard would look like after completion. They instructed me to call the utility company to have the yard marked for digging and by them monitoring that process, they were out when they said they'd be!



Not only did our yard look barely touched, Atlanta Plumbing Plus didn't charge us for services or parts that we didn't need. They got the job done professionally and quick, which meant we didn't have to go without water long at all!



I will call them for EVERY plumbing need for our home and business. Can't go wrong!

We called Atlanta Plumbing Plus in Norcross. Our main water supply line had broken (from a previous repair which quite obviously had not been done right). They arrived an hour after our initial call and we had water again within 2 hours. Fast, honest and very reasonable (cost us 30% of what the first company charged). They took the time to explain the problem and our options. Great company. I would highly recommend them.
