DON'T DO IT! Use Azuma! Dealing with these people has been a nightmare. They never answer there phone, don't work on Saturday, no matter what they tell you, miss appointments, and left deep scratches in my hard wood floor. I have not been with them for two months and I still can not get them to stop charging me and refund those months. Save yourself the hassle and just say NO.

I also had a horrible experience with them. I placed an order online on 12/11 and requested delivery of my W/D the next day. After not hearing back from them, I emailed 3 times between 12/11-12/19 to inquire about the delivery of my equipment as well as left 3 voicemails at 770-416-8323. Let me also mentioned that my phone number changed on 12/19 (but they had a whole week to contact me). By the way, no one ever answers the phone. They just direct you to email the at [email protected]. On 12/19, (after having waited a week to hear back from them), I come home after leaving the house for an hour to find that they had attempted delivery while I was away. I sent an email on 12/20 demanding that someone contact me or cancel my order. Shawn, who claimed to be the manager called me from (404) 931-0722 informing me that he was the manager and that they had not received any of my voicemails or email correspondences. I have proof that says otherwise. He was very unprofessional. In either case, you may want o do your research. If a company does not even answer the phone to take your initial order, may be an indication of things to come. To top it all off, they are charging me $75 to cancel service on equipment that was never delivered to me. Do not do business with them.

This company destroyed my door and side wall while bringing in the washer/dryer set. Confirmed a delivery day through email and didn't come. Then a roach crawled out of the dryer's lent collector. I demanded my money back and to come pick up their machine asap because I have to now get my apartment sprayed for infestation. There is a chance that they may have nested eggs in my apartment while I am at work during the day. The woman Victoria who answers the phone is very rude and I could barely understand her due to her foreign accent. She transfers me over to the owner, name Kevin. After I told him of the incidents and requested my full refund of $54.00 he states that he will not refund and they have charged my credit card and $75.00 calculation fee. This company is a fraud and they are trying to pass themselves off as Appliance Warehouse. My property manager said that they came into the property promoting as if they were Appliance Warehouse but they aren't. She is posting a compliant and posting to all the RAM properties not to use them. The owner Kevin told me over the phone that I was only one person and that I couldn't ruin his business. I'm not trying to ruin his business. I just want all my money back that they stole from me. I've only had the machines for two days and they have already charged me $129.00. I am requesting a full refund and for them to shred my paperwork.

I will be filing a lawsuit against this company.

Impossible Customer Service

I do not recommend this place to anyone! WORST customer service ever!!! There emails are not clear as to what you should do, and they don't call you for anything. They give you a confirmation email with a delivery date so you think everything's been set. Wrong, your delivery date comes and no appliances, they come up with excuses as to why it's not delivered, you send them everything they need yet again. STILL nothing! The woman who answers the phone is beyond rude, and has hung up on me! I called Appliance Warehouse and got my items the very next day with absolutely no hassle!



My recommendation, fire the lady who answers the phone, and get a better system to set up delivery!
