STAY AWAY!! I've never experienced such horrible customer service. I only rated it a one because there wasn’t an option for anything less. I called this company to get a sliding glass door fixed in one of my rental properties and was told that the tech would be at my property between 11am and 3pm. Not only did I have to call 5 times (the last time being at 8:30pm…well passed the projected 4 hour window that was given) they never showed up, and when I did speak to reps at this sub-par company they were so unorganized and unprofessional. I will NEVER do business with this company nor would I recommend you wasting your time or your money.
