The restaurant was not busy and we were seated right away. I ordered a combo plate with brisket and smoked wings. After taking the order the server came back to tell me they were almost out of brisket but had enough to fill my order. When the food arrived the brisket was drowning in bbq sauce which now I realize why. It was to cover up the brisket was mostly fat. The first bite was all fat and as I poked around the rest of the serving it was inedible. When the server came around I told her the meat was bad. She never offered to get me something else or offer a discount on the meal. What she did say she would do is go to the kitchen and yell at the cook for what I was served. Unsatisfied with that response we asked to see the manager. She left and was gone for around 15 minutes and said the best they could do is offer me a military discount. The manager never came out to talk with me and the server acted put out with my complaint. Never will I set foot in one of the restaurants again.

I've been coming to smokey bones since they opened in Peachtree City and Ive always enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The menu is always being updated with new and wonderful dishes and no matter how busy they are I always seem to get my food quickly. It has a bar if you are just looking to kick back and unwind at the end of the day or you can enjoy a nice sit down meal with your family. I have recommend this resturant to friends and family and look forward to going back soon!
