I was in this bank today and a woman with 2 small children came in and told a woman at one of the desks that one of the tellers had been rude to her. The teller was listening and laughed and said "Thank you very much" smiling sarcastically. She then went over to the teller behind her and started laughing. I was so disturbed by this that I am going to leave this bank completely. This bank has been very unaccomodating to me in the past also and put me in a very bad spot when I was trying to withdraw funds that were in my account. Even though the money was in the account they would not give it to me and I had to use my credit card to purchase a car because I could not withdraw the funds that I had deposited in my account!!! Both my husband's and my check is direct deposited into my account so it has been inconvenient to make the move but watching this lady with her children get laughed at and talked about behind her back when she went in the woman's office disgusted me.
