Check-in was very professional.
Nurse listened to my symptoms. Jeff, the registered nurse took my vitals and checked my test they were negative. He reviewed what he found, and made a recommendation to help me correct my conditions.. I made the appointment on a Friday afternoon an hour after I called. This is a great group of professional people. Thank you very much.

No wait time, friendly and quick. Would go there every time for urgent care from now on.

Always courteous, professional, and on time. They were able to get done what my doctors office and a trip to the ER couldn’t do!

Would've given five stars because the nurse and nurse practioner were fantastic, but the waiting time was ridiculous. I also deducted a star because the person at the front desk was not warm, welcoming or friendly. To be fair, she was doing something on the computer when I walked up to her, but she didn't even acknowledge my presence. It took her several minutes before she even said "I'll be right with you". Not what you want when you're literally swaying on your feet with dizziness. She was really unfriendly with the other patients as well, which did not help the mood in the waiting room.

I was seen by the nurse practioner today. I was provided with courteous and professional care. My concerns were addressed in a very timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this center to others who need walk in care.

If anyone in my family doesn't feel well, Carewell is our first stop. The entire staff is very professional and nice.

I would just like to say how awful of an experience it was going here! The doctor is a weirdo and has no clue what he was doing, very very uncomfortable he made me feel! I'd suggest going anywhere but here to the main Dr that is there!! Awful awful!!
